I'm 20 years old I was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate I have had 31 surgeries so far the most recent one being August 6th. I am a happy, bubbly, very talkative person and I get on with anyone (well almost!!). My motto in life is "don't worry be happy!!" and always look at the positive side things always look soo much better that way!! I come from a very close family, we are coming to terms with the recent death of my beloved grandmother. I dedicate this blog in her memory good night god bless nain forever in our hearts! Another surgery..

Feb-6th-2007

Today is a sad day for my family and I, it marks two years since my beloved grandmother passed away. We love and miss her dearly.

I saw my oral and maxillofacial surgeon today and I will have more surgery on my nose, p-flap repair and fistula reapir. Hopefully it will improve my speech as I hate my speech right now.
