operation/scan.

November 26th 2005.

I go into hospital on Thursday at 10.30 for pre-op an dhave my scans during the afternoon. My surgery is scheduled for Friday. I am a little nervous, though I have plenty of stuff to keep my busy!

My dog is doing great, her leg is healing nicely! We are lucky that she's still here.

We has some snow the past few days and it was great!

October 16th 2005,

The past few weeks I have been thinking about my upcoming surgery, I am a little nervous though I know I don't need to be! I won't see my surgeon now until I am admitted into hospital December 1st! I will have to save my questions until then! I will have the same team as I had the past two surgeries so I know I will be okay.

I have been taking care of my dog since her accident and she's finally getting better!

Christmas is only a few weeks away and I have mixed emotions regarding christmas, as it won't be the same without my grandmother, she was such a special person. We all miss her dearly and would give anything to have her here with us once again.

I have a date set for my next surgery it will be December 2nd I will have a CT scan the day before my surgery so we will know what's happening. I can't wait ti get it all sorted so I can get back to normality and get my life back! I'm hoping that I will be fully recovered by christmas!

My hair is growing back at last but my main concern is whenever I wear my hair down around the house without my het, the scar on my head is noticeable so i'm hoping with time it won't shwo so much. I can't wait until I can get rid of my hat and have my hair back to it's normal length!

It has been almost two weeks since our dog was hit by a car. She had surgery to fix plates and screws to fix her leg but it didn't work as a screw came loose. So the vet did another surgery but this time put the pins on the outside of her leg. She's resting in her kennel and is doing good!
